　　The die spinning machine can complete the blanking and spinning of the head. The cutting method can be plasma cutting and cutter cutting. Plasma cutting is suitable for cutting carbon steel and stainless steel heads; The cutting tool is suitable for cutting carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy heads.

　　The dieless edge spinner needs to first cut the material according to the cross section of the tank car, and then spin the edge on the edge spinner.

　　The flanging machine is powered by hydraulic motor. The hydraulic pressure is flexible. In the small R arc, the flanging force will increase and the flanging speed will automatically slow down. The flatness of head spinning is good and the service life of the equipment is long. When the head is rotated, the suction cup rises and falls automatically, so that the head is always rotated in the horizontal plane, and the flanging at both ends of the arc head is parallel to the cylinder.

　　The equipment is mainly composed of main machine, pulley, hydraulic system, vacuum system and cutting machine.

　　Due to the low elongation of aluminum alloy tank car, if the inner r arc of the head is small, it is easy to crack when spinning the head. Now the new type of edge spinner with inner r arc of 40mm and edge height of 70mm has been trial produced successfully, and there is no similar equipment in China at present.
